    Release Date: May 19, 2025

This release brings new and enhanced features, better scalability, smoother workflows, and a richer user experience on Connect.

    1. CloudBlue Connect Platform

    1.1 Brand New Dashboard

A brand new home dashboard is now available for all users of the Connect portal. Focused on user productivity, data metrics, and engaging design, the new dashboard allows to focus on the most important tasks and statistics of the account.

1.2 Additional Functionalities for Security Tokens

    1.2.1 Renewing and Refreshing Tokens

Security tokens generated within the platform now have additional capabilities including the option to rotate and renew.

Rotating the security tokens allows partners that require security tokens to change at a specific interval in order to maintain specific compliance – with users able to specify either with a standard interval or a specific interval of their choosing.

Renewing tokens allow for users to create a valid token once it has expired in order to continue integration operations.

    1.2.2 Token Statistics

Each individual security token now displays response activity. Users can now track the last 30 days of response activity the token has received including responses within the 200 (success), 300 (redirect), and 400 (error) status codes.

    1.2.3 IP Rules for Tokens

Security tokens can now also be configured to allow specific IP or IP ranges to access from. Once an IP or IP range has been configured for token access, tokens can only be accessed from those same configured IPs.

    Note

This is separate than an IP rule configured for users within the account (which is separately located in the Settings Users Module)

1.3 Brand New CloudBlue Price List

CloudBlue Partners working with CloudBlue Commerce can now configure their Marketplace attributes to support CloudBlue Commerce.

By enabling this setting, Vendors that have a distribution agreement with this marketplace will be shown with CloudBlue Commerce specific fields when they are configuring their vendor price list for their products.

New CloudBlue Commerce specific fields here include Fee Type and Subscription Period, which is set up with each product item.

    Note

Currently, only flat pricing is supported within CloudBlue Commerce compatible price lists.

    1.4 CloudBlue Offers Improvements

As part of CloudBlue’s End to End Catalog Management, we have introduced various new features and improvements to our CloudBlue Offers functionality, which includes (but not limited to) the following:

    • Redesigned Offer Items (formerly Items) tab within the CloudBlue offer page to support better visualization for products that have high amount of items
    • Product Items are now available for view within each Plan detail
    • Arabic, Portuguese, Thai, and Turkish languages are available for plan attribute localization
    • Plan Presets, Switch Presets, and Plan Attributes have been updated with default values (where applicable)

    1.5 Performance & Security Updates

We have enhanced multiple aspects of our platform to boost performance, optimize operational efficiency, and strengthen security across various areas.
