CloudBlue is proud to introduce the brand new Packs module in the Connect platform! This new functionality within the portal allows Distributors to configure marketplace and agreement specific Reseller Packs that provides associated Resellers the proper price list when registering and setting up a specific product for multi-tier distribution.

Vendors can define and set up specific legal agreements (such as Terms of Use, End User Licensing Agreements, et. al) for their products within the Product’s embedding section.
Vendors can configure an optional preferred Vendor name and product name for their account and products. This is useful for partners that may share different lines of business units within the same CloudBlue account.
External ID fields are now available within each fulfillment request within a subscription asset. This field is configurable only by API.
